Pick a book club night everyone can actually make
Book clubs have a scheduling problem most groups don't: you don't do it once, you do it every month. A date that worked in June is useless by September, and the person organising it ends up running the same poll over and over.
Time Finder makes that repeat cheap. Put up the nights that could work, share one link with the club, and everyone marks when they're free. You'll see which evening has the most readers — and exactly who'd miss out if you picked the other one.
Two ways to run it
- Month by month. Pick specific dates for the next meeting. Best when the book length varies and you're setting the date around it.
- By day of the week. Ask which weekday evenings generally work, and you'll have an answer that holds for months — useful if you want a standing "second Tuesday" slot but don't yet know which weekday suits most people.
Why clubs use it
- No accounts. Members tap a link and mark their times. Nobody signs up for anything.
- See who's missing. If two people can't make the winning night, you can ask them directly instead of re-polling everyone.
- Works from a group chat. Most members will answer on their phone, in the same thread where you shared the book.
Also handy for cookbook clubs, film clubs and any group that meets on a rhythm rather than a fixed date.
Create a plan — freeNo account needed. Works on any phone or laptop.
